The AOS Regular A1.1 program is intended for complete beginners in Serbian.
It consists of ten lessons and five revision tests. This AOS program includes words and expressions related to the topics: getting to know each other and introducing yourself, family, occupations, workplace, languages and nationalities, hobbies, food and drink, birthday. With the AOS A1.1 course, the student will learn basic communication and grammar patterns to be able to cope with simple everyday situations.
The program consists of ten lessons and five revision tests. After all lessons and tests, you will receive an online Certificate of successful completion of the program.

AOS Regular A1.2 Program
For the beginner (A1) level of learning the Serbian language

The regular A1.2 program is intended for those who have minimal knowledge of Serbian and want to expand their vocabulary and master the basics of communication in Serbian. The program consists of ten lessons and five revision tests. The AOS A1.2 course includes words and expressions related to the following topics: geographical terms, learning foreign languages, daily routine, job description, finding your way around, places in the city, rural and urban life, describing interiors, travel, holidays.
After mastering the AOS A1.2 program, the student can easily hold simple conversations and understand, write and read simple messages. The program consists of ten lessons and five revision tests. After all lessons and tests, you receive an online Certificate of successful completion of the program. *Access to the programs lasts 12 weeks.
Official Knowledge Test for Children and Young Adults
For levels A1 to B2
Authors: AOS TeamThe official knowledge test for children and youth is intended for candidates aged 10 to 17 who wish to receive the Certificate of the Azbukum Center on the level of knowledge of the Serbian language.
There are tests for levels from A1 to B2. Each test consists of five parts: Reading and Comprehension, Use of Language, Listening, Writing and Speaking. Each part carries 60 points, and the entire test has a maximum of 300 points. To obtain a passing grade, it is necessary to achieve 60% correct answers in all five parts in order for the candidate to receive a Certificate of Proficiency in Serbian at the level he/she took.
Three parts of the test (Reading and Comprehension, Language Use, Listening) are taken interactively on the Azbukum platform (the candidate receives access to their test), and Writing and Speaking are taken via one of the online meeting applications (Zoom or Skype).
The test is administered online and is usually scheduled for the last Friday of each month. Registration for the test must be completed at least one week before the test date. Before registering for the Official Test, we advise you to carefully assess the level at which you wish to take the test.
